HOUSTON -- A judge on Tuesday ordered Harris County to remove a Bible from a monument outside its civil courts building, ruling that the display violates the constitutional separation between church and state. [The one thing that should be removed from the building, is that judge....should it be a fact --  the majority of the people disagree with him]

Federal Judge Sim Lake said the county should be exercising religious neutrality and "not be seen as endorsing Christianity." He gave officials 10 days to remove the Bible.

"The court concludes that the purpose of the Bible display is to encourage people to read the Bible," Lake wrote. [That is his own conclusion. The Bible serves as a witness for Truth]  "What other purpose could there be for prominently displaying an open Bible in an illuminated case tilted toward passers-by in a heavily frequented plaza in front of the main entrance to the courthouse?"

1Th 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good.

Rom 13:9  Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.  [The Bible preaches NO other way for humans to behave, which are blessed teachings...especially for the children]

1Jo 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you.

Jhn 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost [the Word], whom the Father will send in my name, he [it] shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Psa 119:9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy Word.

Real estate broker and attorney Kay Staley sued the county last August. She expressed delight over Tuesday's ruling.

"It is just a wonderful day for religious freedom and religious diversity," she said. [The minority enemies of the Lord have more rights than the majority believers in Jesus. Let it serve as a witness for the Judgment]

The county argued that the display originated as a private expression of free speech -- with private donations being used to buy the Bible -- and that the county should not be held responsible for its contents. But it is ok to push upon School students the teachings of Islam, a religion that calls the Son of God an abomination?  We reap what we sow.  The same goes for nations:

1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. [It doesn't get any simpler]

Hbr 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.

Mat 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me [The Word] before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Harris County Judge Robert Eckels said he is reviewing the ruling with the county attorney to develop strategies for an appeal.

1Cr 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints [saints by the Word of God] shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Eze 8:18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.
