2Ti 3:16 All scripture Is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. No matter what anyone says - The Word of God has All Authority in Christianity

There are those who claim only they have the right to explain them:

Luk 16:15 And He [Jesus] said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them.

Isa 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail

Rom 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

Rom 10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) We are not aloud to say who is saved and who is not saved. That judgment belongs to God.

1Cr 3:2 I [Paul] have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

1Cr 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

1Cr 3:4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? {don't do that.....

Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Rom 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die

Mat 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. He never prayed with them. He gave thanks, but He never prayed with them. [Search the Scriptures to see if this is so or not]

They even asked Him how to pray. Luk 11:1

Paul reprimanded the Corinthians for their teachings about how they were to cover their heads. In the beginning of this chapter - Cor. 11 - Paul was repeating to them the things that he was hearing about them. Here was his final conclusion on the matter:

1Cr 11:14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?

1Cr 11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering .

1Cr 11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God. Their fighting about it - was more wrong - than if they covered their heads or not. Mat 18:20

Many school books teach....that it was Pontius Pilate's fault for the death of Christ? - [Check your child's History/Geography books]

Here is what the Word of God says...[you be the judge]

Mat 27:2 And when they had bound Him, they led Him away, and delivered Him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

Jhn 19:7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law He ought to die, because He made Himself the Son of God.

Jhn 19:8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;

Jhn 19:9  And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art Thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.

Mar 15:2 And Pilate asked Him, Art thou the King of the Jews? [Pilate didn't even know Who He was] And He answering said unto him, Thou sayest it.

Jhn 19:10  Then saith Pilate unto Him, Speakest Thou not unto me? knowest Thou not that I have power to crucify Thee, and have power to release Thee?

Jhn 19:11 Jesus answered, [Jesus spoke to Pilate, but refused to speak to Herod - This important to understand] Thou couldest have no power at all against Me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered Me unto thee hath the greater sin.

Jhn 19:12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release Him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this Man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar. [a vicious threat]

Jhn 19:8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid.

Mar 15:3 And the chief priests accused Him of many things: but He answered nothing.

Mar 15:4 And Pilate asked Him again, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they witness against Thee.

Mar 15:5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.

Mar 15:8 And the multitude [they had been incited to do so] crying aloud began to desire him [Pilate] to do as he [Barabbas] had ever done unto them. [The teachers of today incite whole crowds to believe as they do...leading to dangerous divisions] The Word of God unites. False teachers divide.

1Jo 2:27 ye need not that any man teach you

Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them

Psa 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Mar 15:9 But Pilate answered them, saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?

Mar 15:10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him for envy.

Mar 15:11 But the chief priests moved the people, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them.

And this is why:

Jhn 11:46 Some went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.

Jhn 11:47 Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this Man doeth many miracles.

Jhn 11:48 If we let Him thus alone, all men will believe on Him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation. [their fame, glory and power]

Jhn 11:53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put Him to death.

Luk 23:13 And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,

Luk 23:14 Said unto them, Ye have brought this Man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined Him before you, have found no fault in this Man touching those things whereof ye accuse Him.

Mar 15:12 And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto Him whom ye call the King of the Jews?

Mar 15:13 And they cried out again, Crucify Him.

Mar 15:14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath He done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify Him.

Luk 23:4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this Man.

Luk 23:21 But they cried, saying, Crucify Him, crucify Him.

Mat 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, [an uproar made by the multitude, because they were incited to do so by those who were preaching to them] he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the Blood of this Just Person: see ye to it.

Mat 27:25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

Solomon had built TWO houses. This is important to know...

1Ki 9:10 And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the two houses, the house of the LORD, and the king's house

2Ch 9:25 And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.

1Ki 4:26 And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.

The question is - which house had the four thousand stalls - and which house had the four thousand?

If anyone tells you the Scriptures contradict because of the difference in the number of stalls? - Show them the Scriptures.

Who is the right hand of God?

Isa 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

Mat 5:30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

1Cr 12:12 As the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. Paul spoke clearly against people doing self bodily harm [search the scriptures] It is better for the Spirit in heaven to cast out any who offend.

1Cr 12:14 For the body is not one member, but many.

Rom 12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

Eph 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.

The Lord speaks to BOTH the heavens AND the earth, the visible AND the invisible...and has promised to shake both.

Jesus sits on the right hand of God. King David spoke of another 'right hand':

Psa 144:8 Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

Isa 44:20 He feedeth on ashes [the wicked -- who are destroyed Mal 4:3]: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

The son of perdition is made up of many members also:

Hbr 11:12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

Rev 13:16 And he [Satan] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive 'a mark' in their right hand, or in their foreheads.

Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name [Word], and his tabernacle [Body -- Building...of God], and them that dwell in heaven. [Spirit]

1Jo 5:7 There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.  [Are One Body - One family]

Hbr 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, [1] and to the spirits of just men made perfect, [2]

Hbr 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, [3] and to the blood of sprinkling [Word of God], that speaketh better things than that of Abel. [The three that are in heaven]

Did You Know?

That the very first Christians were not named in Jerusalem? Act 11:26

Did You Know?

Act 17:10 The brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.

Act 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Act 17:12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.

The whole sum of the matter is this:

Isa 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate [Comforter] : for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit, it hath gathered them. [into His resurrection]

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise. [which is Life Eternal]

Exd 6:3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

Jam 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
